Park Model Trailer Park - Indiana
This 35-acre parcel was unused and unprofitable. About 20 acres was being farmed, and the owner wanted to create something that would attract new visitors and partial-year residents to the area in northern Indiana. We visited the site and worked the client to produce a master plan that included all of the amenities required for a very modern and beautiful summer destination.
