Private Golf Community in Illinois

TSG designed this master plan using 328 acres with the focus on providing very private golf for a country club environment while funding some of the development process with perimeter lot sales. We looked at the property and provided a wonderful setting for the private club with golf separated from the housing to maintain the privacy levels that the club was looking for. We also were able to preserve over 90% of the existing woodlands areas.
